In the first treatises, that Locke published, it went about quasi-religions. Locke argues on the absolute monarchy, which is the natural system of human social organization. In his second treatises, Locke describes the aims and functions of the civil government. In the second treatises, Locke disagrees with Hobbes’ opinion on the structure and function of the civil government. Locke insists that the government must play the role of a protector of private property. Voltaire enlightened the world by advocating for freedom of speech, freedom of press and religion. In addition to this, Voltaire was also against monarchy, militarism, and slavery. He did a lot of crusading against tyranny and bigotry.
